Great stay and we enjoyed it!

The cottage was lovely and we really enjoyed having an espresso machine to use! The host was terrific and responded quickly when we had a question. Most helpful and appreciated! The location was very easy to get to as well. Only negative is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, other than that everything was great!

Cozy and Cute!

This was such a cute little cottage and Jennifer was very accommodating. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. We really appreciated the restaurant tips and the hiking books, we took their advice and we were not disappointed. Sundance was close to town, just a short drive. Will definitely stay here again!

Short but sweet

It was a cute cozy cabin, the pictures online made it look bigger then it actually was but that was not a problem at all. Location was good and the espresso machine got 5 stars from my partner. Would book again. Contacted them to potentially extend our stay and they took a bit to respond but not of any fault of theirs, we ended up not taking the extra day but im glad they entertained it

Cozy and Welcoming

Had wonderful weekend at the Rustic Acre. Joanne and Jason are delightful hosts. It's like staying with old friends. The property is very dog friendly and there is even a nice walking path right out front. The location is close to town with many tasty restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend spending some time here when visiting Estes Park. Looking forward to next time! Thank you again Joanne and Jason!

Beautiful views and suite-perfect for couple or small family

The suite is so much more beautiful than the pictures! A skylight in the ceiling, and tall ceilings with beams. The owners were so kind and even had sweet dogs that came up to us several times and we got to pet them. In the mornings we saw Elk on the property which was very cool. Great location in Estes Park, about 10 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 minutes to downtown with plenty of shops. Hopefully we will be coming back to Estes Park and we will be staying here!

Cute clean place near RMNF

Everything was real nice except there was no running water in the only sink in the house - the bathroom sink, and there were some crumbs or something under the bedspread. It was too late in the night, we felt, to ask for clean sheets so we dealt with it since we were there for only one night.

The place lived up to our expectations. One area of improvement might be better signage Off the main road - we missed our turn almost every time only because there really was no sign for the Rustic Acre. Not a deal breaker but just an area where an improvement might be suggested.

Labor Day

Easy to get into and out. Need better signage tho'. In town, close to RMNP, conveniences. Great that they are 420 and pet friendly. Our pup enjoyed having places to walk around and TCB on property. Room comfortable. Sundance has fireplace viewable from front room and bath. That would be wonderful in winter. Very attentive management. We'll be back!

Perfect Romantic Getaway

The property was truly so peaceful. It had everything we needed for our romantic stay. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub worked perfectly, and the grounds were clean and quiet. Check in and out was a literal breeze. The onsite team helped us immediately when we needed help with the tv. We couldnt have asked for a better stay.

Quaint and Cozy

The place is accurate to the description. Small but enough room for a romantic setting. The Jacuzzi was really comfortable, almost fell asleep in it. The place was also cozy temperature wise, the fireplace definitely does it's job. My partner also loved the place, it was a surprise getaway vacation for her. Will definitely have to see about reserving the place again sometime.

Our Happy Place

My partner and I booked a mid week “weekend” in one of our favorite little Colorado mountain towns just 45 minutes away from home. Our expectations were exceeded the moment we opened the door. The space was cozy, spotless, inviting. Coffee was delicious. The spa tub easily accommodated two. Brandon was friendly, accommodating and gave us a mini tour of other units as we contemplated another stay. His enthusiasm and pride that he takes in this slice of heaven is apparent and infectious. We look forward to our next stay in just three weeks. Maybe the owner can create a frequent visitor punch card! With Affection, Dawn & Doug

Meh

It was ok, the coffee pot didn’t work. You couldn’t use bubble bath or salts in the tub. My first night was cool. My second night the people staying next door were in and out. Made my stay not worth it and I left a night early without getting reimbursed.
