Very nice, clean, quiet, and cozy cabin getaway. Hot tub, deck, and fire pit were very nice amenities, as well as the inside fireplace. Host very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Less than 30min away from Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoyed our stay, 2 adults, and 4 kiddos. 2 kids shared a bed, 1 used the air mattress provided and our infant used the pack and play.
The house was incredible, perfect size for a weekend getaway for CSU graduation! Great space, you can hear the Thompson River flowing right in front of the house. We will definitely stay again, a little bit of a drive to Ft. Collins and very close to beautiful Estes Park, perfect location for our needs.

Our stay was great. Cabin was very nice, clean and peaceful. Owner was responsive and kind. I will be coming back again.
Cute cabin in a great location not to far from Estes Park just enough away from crowds There is road noise from traffic , but the deck with fire pit and amazing hot tub make up for it ! Watch for the hummingbirds ! Easy check in and owners are great with communication
Great place for a cozy and relaxing getaway for my spouse and I. Close to Estes Park for day trips and great for morning and evening R&R. Can hear the river stream while sitting on the porch by the table fireplace and in the jacuzzi. Enjoyed this stay very much and would come back.
We had a nice stay at this cabin! The location is perfect, nestled between Loveland and Estes Park, making it easy to explore both areas. The cabin itself is peaceful and serene, with the soothing sound of a stream nearby that added to the overall tranquility. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy and quiet escape.
The cabin was wonderful. About half way between Loveland and Estes Park. Very clean, nice kitchen. Host responds very quickly to questions and dealt with the small issue we had very fast. We plan on coming back!
We had a great time here. Beautiful home with an amazing stream that we could hear!! The drive to Estes was very scenic. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Loved the app and communication!
We really enjoyed our long weekend at Big Thompson Cabin. It was clean, updated, and very cozy. Halfway up the canyon, which makes it easy to get up to Estes (but not pay Estes prices), while also being about to get to Loveland relatively quickly. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!
We had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the full size shampoo, conditioner & body wash it was a fantastic touch! It was a beautiful drive into Estes Park every morning. I would recommend this property & the owners are great to work with! Thanks for having us!
Super quiet with a beautiful drive through the canyon. The location is perfect if you want to go to either loveland or estes park. Very easy to navigate and perfect for us and our dogs. The host was very attentive and easy to contact.
We really enjoyed our staycation in the mountains.
My family had such a relaxing 3 day stay. The drive up there is so pretty, the canyon is beautiful! The covered patio with the hot tube was nice. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The cabin was clean and the inside aesthetics of the cabin are pretty. We went a couple days before Christmas and the cute Christmas tree they had set up was a really nice touch. You can hear the stream up to the cabin and the walk down the trail to the stream was so beautiful. The owner and his assistants stayed in contact with us the whole stay to make sure we needed anything and were very personable.
