This non-smoking apartment was renovated in 2026 and offers practical, comfortable amenities for a pleasant stay. Thanks to its central location in Friedrichshafen, you can easily reach many destinations on foot or by public transportation; a car is not absolutely necessary. A bus stop is located about 250 m away, and the train station is about 500 m away. Shopping, restaurants, and the city center are also about 500 m away, and Friedrichshafen Airport is about 4.6 km away.
The combined living and sleeping area is bright and functional. Modern vinyl flooring, a dining area with a table, a cozy sofa corner, as well as an armchair, dresser, coat rack, and shoe cabinet ensure comfort and ample storage space. For entertainment, there is a 40-inch TV with digital cable and international channels. Wi-Fi and internet access are, of course, available. Privacy screens on all windows provide additional privacy.
