「the best breakfast」

「Perfect location in East Austin. Huge lobby for hang outs and breakfast.」

「The desk was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. This was a very clean and well kept property. The rooms are extremely nice, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!」

「Good location, but easy to miss the turn at night, off the busy road. Our room had a broken light/shade visible, by our bed, it looked like someone had punched it, and the sofa sleeper looked like it was ready for a new one. It needed to be tossed. The front desk did know about the condition of the room, but told me it was still usable . While I can understand ordering replacements takes time, it's not a good look for a Marriott. First impressions leave an impression.」

「The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and general refurbishment. Surprisingly, the restaurant was closed to regular hotel guests during breakfast because it was reserved for delegates attending a conference. As a result, other guests were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast. Breakfast also starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, which is rather inconvenient. Apart from these issues, it is a good hotel overall.」
