Also, in addition to yhe early check-in they gave us a free room UPGRADE !! When we checked out they also gave us a little good bye gift. Absolutely coming back again the next time i visi Italy. 「This was a last minute one night booking...the hotel front desk staff very nice, helpful, the only thing we arrived late and parking was full. The front desk lady who checked us in ( forgot her name) offer her parking spot if we couldn't find street parking. We did find parking behind the hotel. This was very thoughtful of her. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to chose from...wish we could hv enjoyed more of this beautiful hotel.」
