「We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub, and all the games, especially the pool table and air hockey. The view from the game room overlooking the pool was amazing. We stayed here for a birthday celebration, and it was the perfect place. Definitely a 5-star experience—we would absolutely stay here again!」

「We had an excellent vacation thanks to Gabby and Mario, the property owners. This studio apartment is conveniently located and it was immaculate. We were very happy with everything. We couldn't figure out how to work the coffee maker, so Gabby went out and bought us a French press along with a bag of coffee. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place. 」

「Overall great experience. Everything needed was provided: chairs, umbrella, beach cart / wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. If I had to give a negative it would be that the main bedroom is a walkway to the other two bedrooms and the mattress was not the most comfortable. 」

「Our family of 5 really enjoyed our 4-night stay! The backyard felt like a private oasis, which was a nice surprise considering how close the house is to the beach and restaurants. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host had great communication and responsiveness. We played pickleball every evening at courts that are only about a quarter of a mile away. 」

「The house was really welcoming. Pool was clean and kitchen well stocked with spiced, appliances, plates and cutlery. The beds in the guest rooms we're extremely comfortable but unfortunately the one in the master bedroom needs to be changed. Enough towels for 4 plus people. Also provided chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Area is quiet and close to loads of restaurants and shopping. We would definitively come back and will recommend to family and friends. Host answered all my questions...

「This home is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Right off of I-95. It is Clean!!! Stocked with needed items for your stay away from home. Plenty of space. Great communication from host.」

「Disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood. 」

「This place needs some TLC. Photos do not show current state of Duplex along with shower had hair in floor, no paper towels, TV did not work, furniture damaged, back patio was not a place you would want to relax. it was overgrown and not well kept.」
