Guest Access: Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel except the main pool hotel but do have full access to the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked cabinet and closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.
The Neighborhood: The W Fort Lauderdale is steps from Fort Lauderdale beach and conveniently located central to Miami and the Palm Beaches. The building is close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale international airport. This beautiful home is located in the Oakland Park subdivision of coral heights bordering Fort Lauderdale and only minutes to Wilton Manors. The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife. Seminole Hardrock casino is within a 30-minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas Boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of art, cinema's, museum of science, and discovery and Broward center for performing arts. There are multiple concerts and sports venues through south Florida including the bank Atlantic center, American airlines arena, dolphin stadium, and more.

Other Things to Note: Guests are responsible for presenting us with a valid picture ID 🪪 and the names of all the guests staying on-premise just like a standard hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
Interaction with Guests: Guests check-in at the on-site residential building front desk. All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in, at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one. We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9 am - 6 pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.
