There's a secondary Master with King bed, walk-in closet, and lovely en-suite full bath with handmade vanity. The great room boasts 12' ceilings, antique brick walls, 3 sofas, TV, custom dishes cabinet, 10ft island and range hood. There's a refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the pantry along with a custom coffee bar.
Separated from the 2 Master's on the other side of the Great Room are two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, a Laundry room, game room with a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, table tennis and a game table. Another full bath is shared with the two story bunk room that sleeps 10 on twin beds. The Parking area is monitored by cameras for security purposes.
HOUSE RULES
No Pets allowed. My husband is a retired Veterinarian and he has become highly allergic to pets with exposure leading to hospitalization,
No smoking is allowed inside the house. A designated container for cigarette butts is available on the back patio.
Events may be permitted only with written consent from the Host and will incur an additional fee.
