Modern, vacker våning med uteplats. Bra med två badrum, välutrustat kök.Sängen i master bedrum, mycket skön. Däremot var de två enkelsängarna inte sköna alls och knarrade mycket , passar ev. två barn. För övrigt snygga och beväma möbler.

Under Maintained Resteooms

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience staying at this listing. When we arrived we noticed that restrooms we not well maintained in cleanliness as well as the toilet seat being broken which was taped up. The shower in the back of the unit had a layer of mold and mildew in the pan. The epoxy paint itself was peeling and mold was gathering behind this layer. The second restroom also had mildew and needs to be re-chaulked to properly repair. Mind you, we noticed these issues right away and did not feel comfortable staying here so we communicated this to the owner as it is a health issue. Simply cleaning the restroom will not fix the problem. As for the toilet seat, the owner representative mentioned lifting the seat and going to the bathroom. The unit overall has a lovely design but how comfortable would anyone be taking a shower in such conditions? We contacted VRBO multiple times during our visit to report these issues and could not fully enjoy our trip with all the back and forth correspondence. The entire time we had not had any follow up from the owner after the initial day. We are definitely not people who typically complain and honestly this is the first time where we have been on vacation where such an issue occur. Upon asking to cancel the reservation the owner had said people had "cheated" her before. For anyone considering booking this place know that you will need to walk along a dark mechanic shop to access your unit, would certainly caution you.

Wonderful loft in a great neighborhood

Best Home Away fFrom Home Ever!

We stayed in this cool, contemporary apartment for three months! We wanted to experience living in Italy as residents rather than tourists. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is delightful, great shops, restaurants (Osteria del Pesce was our favorite) and a couple of grocery stores just around the corner. Everyone we met in this neighborhood was warm and welcoming. AND, it is only a ten minute walk into Florence proper! We walked into the city almost every day. The apartment itself is fantastic. We cooked at home often and had everything we needed. The sleek, modern look was right up our alley. We were worried there would not be enough closet or drawer space for all the things we brought with us for a three month stay. There was more than enough...an entire wall of closets and drawers and plenty of hangers! And a washing machine! The apartment is spacious enough for four people to live comfortably without being on top of each other. And, once the weather became almost unbearably hot we were most appreciative of the air-conditioning! Michela, the owner accommodated our every need. She thought of everything, and on the rare occasions there was a concern she was right there to lend a hand. We cannot recommend this VRBO more highly. It was a pleasure to escape the chaotic tourist-filled city at the end of a long day and retire to this wonderful retreat a few steps away! The apartment looks EXACTLY the way it is photographed. Go for it!

Awesome property!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The apartment was exactly as pictured, possibly even better in person. Michela made the check-in process very easy and answered any questions we had. It’s in a great residential part of Florence but an easy walk to city center. We highly suggest going around the corner to Osteria IL Sordo! Great food, atmosphere and ricotta cheesecake! We will absolutely try to stay here again when we are back in Florence!

Phantastische Unnterkunft in perfekter Lage

Den Fotos kann man eigentlich nur noch hinzufügen, dass nicht nur Zuschnitt, Konzept und Design einfach perfekt sind, sondern auch die Qualität der Ausführung so ist, wie man es für eine eigene Immobilie nicht höher erwarten würde. Sehr gute Haustechnik. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Super Lage. So ziemlich das Beste, was wir in 20 Jahren Städte-Trips erlebt haben!

Nettes Designer Loft

Interessantes cooles Loft, sehr gut für 4 Erwachsene. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht. Die angekündigten Fahrräder waren nicht dort. Parkplatz nur in der P-Garage min. 20€/d , auf der Straße unmöglich zu parken, Bushaltestelle 2min um die Ecke.

Our stay was fantastic! The pictures are exactly what you will experience.

This property is magical! We loved being in this space! We find it hard to match the quality of our own home when we travel, but this matched/exceeded our expectations. It's very cool! We will certainly book this property again when in Florence, Italy.

Weekend in Florence

Property was really nice, looks like the pictures. Had a great time, it’s a little out of the center but if you’re fine with a walk then no big problem. We definitely felt the property made up for the distance into the center

wonderful stay in florence

We just came back from our 2 week vacation in Italy. Even though I booked Michela's loft because of the wonderful pictures online, we were beyond impressed when we actually arrived at the loft. It was the best accommodation in terms of space, location, price out of all our stays in various apartment, hotel during the 2 weeks vacation. The lady who received us, Isabella, was very patient with us even though our train was delayed. We would not hesitate to book it if we return in the future. Great, roomy place in Florence.

The place was great and exactly as it looks in the photos. Check in was easy, and it was just a short walk to the city center. The neighborhood also had some great restaurants and there was a couple grocery stores right around the corner.

Beautiful Loft!

The pictures don't actually do this property justice. It's tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The lighting transforms the industrial appointments into a delightful vision. The place was clean and well equipped. All appliances and facilities worked as expected. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends!

Quaint meets modern

Great host, stunning place

The Loft is incredible. Such a stylishly beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Michela has great taste and a real eye for design. Michela kept in touch prior to our arrival and we were met at The Loft by Isabella who took us through everything and gave some great tips for where to go in Florence. Our kids loved the place - so much so they didn’t want to go out! Thank you Michela. If ever we return to Florence, we will absolutely return to The Loft.

Amazing place, clean, everything works, close enough to city center to walk everywhere but far enough away to feel like a local and get away from the annoying tourist scene. Highly recommend if you want to relax, save some money and enjoy the modern style of Europe. Michela was so helpful and I was always able to reach her...could not be happier!

Just perfect!

From the beginning, the communication with Michela was fluid, fast and friendly. Although she could not be present to welcome us, the person who did it, was friendly. This loft is perfect for those who love design and appreciate this kind of sublime decor, to our eyes. Everything is new and there is nothing missing, even the basic items (shampoo, shower soap and others) were there and for the kitchen too, probably left by our predecessor. The beds and pillows very comfortable and the sheets of good quality (very important details for us). Well located and within walking distance of everything with a grocery store very close, which is very convenient. We had a wonderful time and somedays, we didn't want leave this place.
