「Liked the location. Staff was engaging and present at front desk. disappointed in the cleaning staff-found food particles on sofa behind pillow, 2 of 3 bottles low or empty in bathroom-even after "thorough cleaning" mid week, same breakfast all week, put out too much food product all at once that sat for too long and became overly dry, milk not chilled properly」

「I liked the ease of getting to the hotel and the cleanliness The breakfast was cold most mornings and needed to be microwaved to be hot. When I went to check-in I was told they tried to call me as my card was declined. I corrected the problem and they ran my card with no problem. The problem I have is no one called and when I made the reservation I told them i would pay in person. When I got home I found a bill in my inbox. I have found Best Western to be a reliable hotel chain but after this I...

「This property was very convenient to restaurants and events. Beautiful grounds with a waterfall and walking trail. Absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff were great!」

「This hotel is good for a short term stay. I stayed here for 18 days straight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didnt have to worry about noise or anything. Be careful walking in the parking lot as there are many holes and you could be easily injured and do some damage to your tires. Very nice area and there are plenty of food options close to the hotel. The free breakfast wont have alot of options but overall i would definitely stay here again. 」

「The rooms were clean. However, the grounds were always in need of cleaning. There was a lot of cigarette smoke I had to walk through at times to get to my room. The elevator worked just fine. For the price and I would definitely stay again.」

「The room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. Area seemed safe enough. The hallway had a yucky smell, only one of three washers was in working condition (I only needed one), there was no milk at breakfast- they weren't out, I was told they do not have milk. 」
