"In my shower was 2 shampoos and one conditioner and “no shower gel” which I’ve always had all three. Additionally, I went to the front desk, respectfully shared this information and asked for a bar of soap in order that i could take my morning shower, they were graciously accommodating.’Upon checkout I did mention it again, for my hope is that this was shared with housekeeping so the next customer in the already very comfortable room would be totally set for their stay. "

"The breakfast was decent but it didn't have any breakfast meat which i thought was odd because they had 2 dishes of scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Cereals, mini muffins, breads and bagels, cereals, fruit and a mini pancake machine. The facility itself was great. I had an issue with only 1 staff member, the morning of our departure, i let the front desk person know one of the coffee dispensers was empty and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to let whoever handles refilling it know. Not great customer service."
