"Parking very convenient. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping routine puzzling; day two we stayed in till 11 am and the room was not serviced. Day three we left about 10 am and only towels were replaced but nothing else touched in the room. No nightlight in bathroom and tile floor felt slippery when wet. "

"I have been coming here every-week for months and every time the room is ready , clean and the staff are great. My mother-in-law was put on hospice and they made sure everything was good and offered to do everything they could to help. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s right in the middle of Pensacola 5-10 mins to everything. Quiet at night and good coffee in the morning. 11 out 10, 6 Gold stars and they allow pets !!!!!"
