「The room was clean and met our needs for a weekend. The breakfast had a lot of different options for anyone’s taste. The service was terrible. We called for sheets once for the pullout couch and they said they’d send someone and 20 min later nothing. So we called again and they told us to look in the closet. It was after 11 pm and we were so tired and frustrated. Our room was missing a hairdryer so we called for it and they said they’d come immediately. Again never came and we could only get it...
