This spectacular accommodations are located in a renovated 18th-century building in the heart of the Magdalena neighborhood, across from the Cantón de Molins, a fabulous tree-lined avenue—the first of its kind in Galicia and one of the most beautiful. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. It also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.



The entire property is rented out, so you’ll have access to the whole apartment.

This property is heated by electric radiators, which are available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use and want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures during the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests may choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating an accommodation like ours, which is 75 m², is not the same as heating a smaller space such as a hotel room (15 m²).

It has an elevator, and the street is pedestrian-only, though there is public and private parking nearby. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! I’ll hand you the keys myself, walk you through the apartment, and provide you with some maps and tips about the city, as well as a guidebook. You can ask me any questions you may have, and I’ll be available by phone 24 hours a day to help with whatever you need. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The check-in time must be agreed upon a few days before the start of your stay between the host and the guest, and should be as precise as possible. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, a late check-in is available for an additional fee of 20, subject to availability.
