「The lobby area is fine. Check-in went smoothly. The rooms are shabby, with headboard bolster covers that don’t even cover the foam inserts, worn furniture and tacky wall murals. When we called down to get extra pillows because the ones they gave us were so small, they did not answer, even though we called repeatedly. When we went down to get extra pillows from the front desk, they told us they only had one and gave it to us. We paid around $250 per night for these accommodations, so we do not...

「Overall the staff was welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with the toilet flushing and the maintenance helped immediately. Breakfast was okay. Parking was easy. I was able to ask front desk staff for extra toiletries and they provided. The only issue was either the next door neighbor of my room or hotel music being played until 12 midnight a little loud but that’s Florida for you . 」
