Very nice , quaint, and well located property. The building manager, Bill, was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Parking is also included. Walking distance to all of the tourist attractions and beaches!

The Suite had everything we needed for the weekend. We had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even a great beach cart to walk to the beach with. The suite was very clean and nicely done. Everything was high end. We will make this our spot whenever we are in south Florida. Highly recommend. Bill the owner was great.

Loved this place

This condo was in a great location, had everything we needed and Bill was over the top with customer service. I had suggested that a toaster in the room would have been nice and the next day a toaster was left at our door. The pool was clean and the beach supplies were a great touch. We loved our week long stay, and hope to come back again and again.

Very nice

Very clean! close to the beach! So nice they have beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a cart to take to the beach! and beach towels. The pool at the hotel was closed, disappointed that we couldn't use it!

The property is located near a nice beach and we went to a few beaches in Miami and this was our favourite beach. There are stores along the strip and restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Bill, the owner, was very nice and very responsive. We loved it

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for morning strolls and very close to restaurants as well as Publix. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and come fully equipped with high end appliances and everything you need—including a fully functional kitchen, which was perfect for cooking meals during our stay. Bill, the property owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. There's also plenty of parking available, which made coming and going a breeze. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Property was renovated, clean and short walk to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Minor complaint is pool was not in operation and although we had access to pool across street it was difficult to get seat there . As I said very minor. Would highly recommend this property.

Property was really clean and it was easy to park, but the walls are made of paper we could hear everything that was goong on on the room next to ours and the people that was there didn't let us sleep until 4am, and it wasn't that tehy were making excessive noise, is just that is a old motel and the walls are made of paper, we could hear everything on the room next door and everything on the street the cars and the noise.

Everything was great. Bill was very accommodating. The place was clean. Bill also give you access to the washer and dryer. This was a huge plus for me and saved me time from going to the laundry mat.

We had a great stay here. The manager Bill was incredible. Tended to all our needs including early check in and late check out. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Not a ton of supplies, but Bill was able to replenish anything we needed. Room had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. There are even carts to take all your supplies to the beach which is a 5 min walk. Would def stay there again!

Front door had massive gaps in it where mosquitoes and gnats entered. A/C unit had tons of black mold in it Coffee stains were on the cabinet Stains on sheets and some of the pillows It was very close to the beach and came with beach cooler, chairs, and umbrellas.
