If you want to relax in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature and overlooking the mountains, this apartment in Son Mesquida can accommodate 4 guests.
The exteriors of the property are surrounded by countryside with native trees and are ideal for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Undoubtedly, the shared chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off in the summer months. It has dimensions of 10mx5m and a depth of between 1.70m and 1.80m and is protected for the little ones. You can also relax sunbathing on one of the sun loungers or have a drink at the outdoor table while enjoying the views it offers. Please note that you have neighbors and privacy is partial.
The interior of the property, featuring traditional Mallorcan finca style with stone walls, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Your single-floor flat includes a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a fan, oil heating, and a wardrobe. The accommodation also includes a bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine is available for your use. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair upon request.
The location of Son Mesquida is ideal, nestled in a peaceful area with easy car access to many key points on the island. Just 10 minutes away is Felanitx, a popular destination for both tourists and locals. Felanitx boasts traditional Mallorcan architecture, with narrow cobbled streets perfect for a stroll. A must-visit is the San Salvador Sanctuary, perched on a nearby hill offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. For a beach day, you are just 20 minutes from beautiful coves like Cala d'Or, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marçal, and Cala Mondragó, all featuring crystal-clear waters and pristine white sands. Don't miss the chance to savor typical dishes such as frito mallorquín, lechona asada, or sopas mallorquinas. The area is also renowned for its wines, with several wineries offering tastings and tours.

- Pool opening hours are until 21:00h in July and August and until 20:00h in September and October.

- Deposit: Amount per accommodation, refundable after property inspection upon departure.
There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
