"Horrible! This place is falling apart! Not all elevators work, no tv remote control, iron board with no iron in the room, and disconnected telephone. The lobby is very nice but once you get in the elevator everything around it is old and sketchy. "

"Room and bathroom very small not big enough for two people. Housekeeping come to your door an hour and fifteen min before check out I feel is rude, front desk should call and ask if you need the late check out or if you staying another room"

"The desk clerk helped us use our phone for airline reservations. The valet programmed our gps for the hospital visit. The bar was easy to get to and we enjoyed nachos and sodas as supper for both nights with a great view. Our trip would have been impossible without your help. Thank you and your friendly staff."
