「This is a beautiful hotel with large, spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was great and we were a 3 min walk across the street to West Edmonton Mall. I would absolutely stay here again!」
「Very comfortable and quiet place to stay around lots of places. They’re doing construction around the area so it’s kind of annoying to get to, but otherwise it’s great. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing I had to complaint was that a hand towel was in the room and there was hair on it and the room had just been cleaned. And in the bathroom, there was hair and it didn’t look like it was clean very well either. Otherwise, the room was clean and except for those things I...
「It was so clean, the rooms were nicely decorated and the window blinds made it sooo dark which is a plus for me...there is a game room and pool, the breakfast was really good with a variety of options. Check in was a breeze and the front desk ladies were very helpful with my questions 😀 Will definitely choose this hotel again 」
「Our favourite hotel.
We came a few hours early from the road but because i had a horribel migraine they found us a different room on the first floor. A little smaller than what we booked but the timing was very needed and appreciated.
We think they actually rushed the room for us because the cleaner did miss a couple of areas but we were so releived to be off the road that it wasnt a big deal for us to wipe a couple of things down.
Still a very loved spot for us.

「Cleaning staff, front door staff and after hours security were all so friendly and amazing. The breakfast staff too. Would just return based on the service. If I come back to Edmonton I would stay there in a heartbeat. Made the trip amazing. Even on a super busy weekend where they were sold out they were more then capable then accommodating early check in. They did say they couldn’t guarantee it but would do their best. Was An amazing weekend. 」
