「fallsviewという名前がストリートの名前だというのがまぎらわしくわかりにくい。fallsがきれいに見えるのかと思って予約したら、滝は見れなかった。そのように明記するべきです。 お部屋は清潔、広くてきれいでした。チェックインの際にクッキーもいただけて満足です。」

「Room was spotless and staff friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is the main room door is not easy to open once inside. We had an incident in the past when we had to call maintenance and we could not get out of the room. It’s panic provoking when you feel trapped inside. It was quickly rectified at the time but we still found the door uneasy to open. 」
