「Upon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior. The garden was lovely, the spa facilities was beyond expectation, more so, the beer spa which we booked in for, was amazing. 「Really loved staying here. I got an upgrade to an apartment... large downstairs room with king size bed and dining area, big bathroom and upstairs a lovely sitting room. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt very welcome.」

「1人旅でエンスイートダブルに3泊しました。 予約する前に口コミを見たら、「1階がナイトクラブで、深夜から音楽が鳴り響き、地響きがして眠れない！」とあったのですが、立地がいいし価格も安いのでここにしました。 騒音は想像以上でした。持っていった耳栓も役に立ちませんでした。 でも、疲れていたので結局寝ちゃいました笑 ホテルのスタッフは皆とても親切で、英語が話せない私にも笑顔で対応してくれました。嬉しかったです。 どこでも寝れる図太い神経の方には非常にお勧めです！」

「Room had amazing view into Carrow Road (Norwich City grounds), was really comfortable and was close to a small shopping centre with several choices. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, best buffet style I've had in a while with it all tasting perfectly cooked and fresh. Not too far from city centre by car/taxi but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Would definitely stay here again.」
