「This was our first time in a bed and breakfast. The staff was delightful. Property was clean. Location is perfect for shopping and walking in the historic district. I’m giving it 5 stars for what it is-but it’s not a five star hotel. It’s an old house! The food was better than what I would cook but if you love breakfast I hear there are some gourmet breakfast places in Savannah. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend for an affordable bed and breakfast. 」

「Very nice place to spend a few days at while in Historic Savannah. Close to everything. Easy walk to most attractions. 20 minutes or less. Restaurants literally outside the entrance door. The apartment itself was as advertised. Clean, furniture and bed were comfortable. Everything you need to cook a meal if you don’t feel like going out. 「LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. If you want the real Savannah experience, this is the place to stay. In addition the staff was amazing. The room/rooms had so much space. Having a fridge and couch was extra nice. And each evening they had wine and hordorves. 」

「The room was very clean, with new towels and trash pickup every day. The breakfast was great: yogurt with fruit and granola, eggs, bacon, and a few others things. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the stairs are certainly a lot but the bed was comfortable and the noise was minimal. Parking is paid ($1.00 per hour) but is free from 8PM to 8AM!!! The courtyard is nice as well. 」

「The property has recently been renovated with new and updated bathrooms. The bed and matress were very comfortable. There are two charming balconies and a patio area.The manager, Mark was very helpful, kind, and hospitable. The next time we visit Savannah, we plan and look forward to staying at the Present Hotel. 」
