「Expedia booked the wrong rooms for us when we arrived…..bummer and shame on EXPEDIA. Thankfully Jermaine at Springhill Suites Savannah righted the wrong of Expedia and got us in the KING bed room we booked with Expedia on our second and third nights. The staff at Springhill Suites went above and beyond during our stay! I will stay with them again but will NOT book with Expedia in the future.」

「Thank you」

「We liked everything about the hotel except one particular staff member at the registration desk. Unfortunately, she seemed to be at the desk whenever we set out for our day. She was unfriendly, condescending, unhelpful and I would suggest rude. In fact, my wife was certain she had left her prescription sunglasses in the lobby and when we asked the aforementioned woman at the desk if “anyone returned a pair of sunglasses that I think I left in the lobby yesterday” the hotel employee said nothing,...

「The room was clean except where it wasn't. The bathtub drain was a real eyesore with layers of putty around the drain that were peeling and even not dried. The bed skirt had something dried and crusted on it, and had not been changed. The lobby nice, balcony view awesome, pool area nice but seasonal service, staff helpful, no quick food to grab in lobby until the coffee shop is open (7am-3pm)」

「We had a great stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was great too. The breakfast i waited a ridiculous amount of time for and that end up being free wasn't so good. Overall we had a good stay!」

「Hotel's location is very efficent for people who likes to walk and explore beautiful Savannah. Old trolley location, very conviniently, just accross the street.」

「Front staff is very kind for Japanese like me,not speaking and listening English well.Including manager,I think that this hotel staff are trying to serve their guests with sincerity.」
