サンダーボルト ホテル

「It was a great experience nice amenities, clean and the service was excellent.」

「I liked the access to the parking garage from the floor my room was on」

「Clean room great staff food was great」

「Very clean and welcoming! Great spot in the middle of everything! Our second stay there!」

「Need some new pillows! And they should attend to the rooms like they say after 3 days. No one came to empty trash or a light cleaning at all」

「The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was very disappointing.」

「Horrible experience here. The room we were assigned had an overwhelming smell of cleaning agents used to mask something. Had an immediate asthma attack. Back to the desk and all then we cannot stay there. They only offered change of room, which was no better than the first. We went back to the front desk and asked for refund due to health issues and were only given credit for next night’s stay Don’t waste your time or money」

「Front staff is very kind for Japanese like me,not speaking and listening English well.Including manager,I think that this hotel staff are trying to serve their guests with sincerity.」

「perfect」

「Lovely old hotel on the park near the Old Pink House. Check in was easy, valet parked the car in adjacent garage (self park is available, but we were tired of driving all day.) Our room was beautifully decorated with period furniture and twin beds which we liked. All was great!」

「Wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and the rooms are wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel is nice and conveniently located, about a 10-15 minute walk from City Market and other downtown attractions. One feature we especially appreciated was the complimentary transportation service from the hotel to the city center. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good choice for visiting Savannah.」
