The staff were exceptional, friendly, and very polite. The amenities were A+. Especially the complimentary breakfast. Indoor pool was a bit too cold and should be heated however it was clean and good to have. I’ve already told my family and friends about this property.

Check in was easy although we had 4 people in our party and the front desk would not provide complimentary water for each person in our party. The limit was 2 per room although we pay for the number of guests staying. Seems like a bottle of water could be offered per guest. The door made a loud noise every time we opened it, the bathroom sink was loose, and the widow shade was broken, people were running up and down the halls although we were told to be respectful of the healthcare workers sleeping on our floor. Breakfast did not keep up with the demand, there were many items unavailable. The room was large and accommodating, the aesthetic was nice and the outdoor seating area with firepit was cozy. Parking was abundant, location was convenient for our stay.
