「Everything about our stay was awesome!」

「It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it.」

「The location was great and parking easy, but the room could have been cleaner, especially the floor.」

「The only thing is that I would like to see is regular cleaning of the room. We stayed 3 days, but no one came to clean our room.」

「Very clean. Parking great. Amenities great」

「Excellent staff, very cozy restaurant and lobby area. Very close to the lake and church street market.」

「Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...
