"We stayed here one night only, after a sailing adventure. Love that it is walkable from the Fast Ferry, Definiteyly not a place for anyone with mobility issues, due to all the stairs, but the views were great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice treat. The morning staff was particularly friendly and helpful."
"If you like old historic hotels. This one hits the Mark. Damaged by the last hurricanes the restoration in progress is amazing hats off to the owners for their courage and rebuilding this place"
"I loved the historic nature of the building. It had an interesting layout, but it was very spacious and clean, and had a wonderful location for walking around downtown and seeing the sights."
"The Hideaway was in a great location away from the rest of the island. They did a great job with the landscaping and the farm was well kept. Our two bedroom cottage was great - clean and quiet. We highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the busyness of the island. "

"Margaritaville exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, included everything we could possibly need, and had luxurious touches like Kenneth Cole Shampoo and Conditioner. There were lots of activities available and everything we wanted to do offsite was all within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this resort!"
"The room was updated and really nice. Had an amazing view overlooking the entire waterfront, even saw Havensight and hassle island! The front desk service however, was absolutely horrendous. Speaking from a former front desk supervisor, night staff the ladies were terrible. They might need customer service training. "
"The room was clean, spacious and we loved the view of the bay. The ladies at the front desk were nice and gave us suggestions on where to dine. Also Tevin at the entrance was extremely nice. "
"The RITZ Carlton, Saint Thomas. Amazing, memorable, fun and an everlasting experience. The best decision I have made about travel accommodation, in decades.
This year, it was my wife's 50th and I wanted to surprise her with something unique and different. We also have 2 small children, ages 7 & 10. The Ritz Carlton was my immediate pick. Our philosophy is that if you travel somewhere unknown with small children, choose the best there is to avoid ugly surprises, disappointments or anguish. Do not penny pinch or fool yourself into thinking that you are some sort of a travel magician. I have tried that in the past, looking for deals, cut corners. . .and it turned out 50/50 in terms of excitement vs. disappointment.
The Ritz Carlton Brand delivered what it is known for, worldwide. The moment we pulled into the Ritz Carlton with our rental car, the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, happy and excited to see us. The Bellmen drove us with their golf cart to the section of the resort that is called CLUB LEVEL. Club Level is an all-inclusive accommodation, with complementary meals, beverages, specialized service, any sports gear you can possibly think of. It is a must do for anyone that expects being pampered, kick up their feet and truly forget about everything.
The people, the staff, the elevated class in service, the attention to detail is what we will always remember. Every team member from concierge to service staff held the utmost professionalism. JamarRuthBerthaMaria"
"I came for a night and extended my stay. The owners are sweet and helpful. I checked in early and checked out late. They called and arranged for a taxi upon my departure. I booked the smallest room and it was much larger than I expected. The rainfall shower was a dream after being on a sailboat for a week. There is a small fridge in the room, water bottles, and an electric pot for heating water for coffee. There are also luxurious robes and fluffy towels. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is new and efficient. I put the rooftop pool to good use and the views are amazing. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. Amazing shopping is right around the corner. I found a market within walking distance and plenty of restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the ferry and took a short taxi ride to the airport. I plan to return for a longer visit 😎"
