Location was excellent and close to downtown Charlotte and not a far drive to the multiple beaches we visited. 「Stayed at the resort for 4 nights . The room was clean . Bed was soft for my comfort. Additionally, Air conditioning was set and unable to get a remote to change the temperature to adjust temperature for ones comfort. Toilet kept running and bathroom shower pipe dripping for the duration of the stay . Hotel upkeep is poor .
