「Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again.」

「We had an amazing time. Great location if you want to be able to go to Redhook and take transportation to St. John’s or pick up a guided tour of the BVI‘s. The property was laid out nicely. 「Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology.」

「The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping?
