「We stayed one night before joining a cruise. Loved the free breakfast and we had a beautiful room up high with a balcony overlooking the city and the water. (though they don't all appear to have balconies). Helpful staff and convenient location, just a short walk down the hill to shopping, restaurants, etc. Just be aware that there's no elevator, so you'll have to carry your suitcase up anywhere from 1-4 flights of stairs. Would love to stay again. 」

「flights/american airlines cancelled multiple times free 8 hours of rescheduled flts we found out at 7pm we had to book an overnight accommodation. most hotels already booked somehow i found this ABSOLUTE GEM of a hotel 10 out of 10 we stayed in the UPPER VILLA-the view in the morning of the harbor was breathtaking the accommodations were beyond expectations with soaring ceiling heights and a full balcony. fully furnished 1200 sq ft apt with lovely accents and lovely decor-open/airy/spacious do...

「The room was very clean. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need (utensils, plates, glassware etc.). The view was amazing. The hotel grounds were so clean. The staff was courteous. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. They had activities throughout the day to keep you occupied, some free some for a small fee. My only con was the restaurant, it was ok. Food was good but not amazing. 」
