"Great airport shuttle and drivers. Front desk staff is fabulous. Free warm cookies! Room was spacious and clean. Price was reasonable. "

"My initial room smelled really good when I got there but then I seen it was stains on my bedsheets which looked like blood stains, so I went to front desk and showed video and pictures of stain and she proceeds to say it’s ink from when they do laundry but she didn’t understand why housekeeping would place on bed with the stains? So she switches my room and apologized and then the second room smelled really stale like it’s hadn’t been used in some time. It was late and I was tired from traveling and thought I was going to take a hot shower and rest but that didn’t happen because the water was lukewarm semi cold basically. So the next day I mentioned it to front desk and she basically said that shouldn’t be the case and sometimes it takes a minute to heat up but that wasn’t the case. I was over it at that point. I know it could’ve been worse but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. "

"The toilet paper was low. I had to go to the staff to get toilet tissue, also there was trash under the bed, and someone headband was on the floor by the window. Prior to me getting the room I thought the room would have a refrigerator in the microwave. I had to pay an additional $50 for those amenities in another room and was not given a receipt."

"Room was not very clean. Entire building smelled like cigarettes even though it claims its smoke free. It was fine for a night to sleep and get to the airport early. I can't see myself using this as a long term stay "

"its was clean and refurbushed i did see some bugs in the room but i think they are really trying to change the vibe at the hotel breakfast was nice "
