"We stayed at the hotel due to the equestrian facilities, which are excellent. We did encounter a number of issues. First, the key cards often do not work. I got 4 key cards at check in and 1 worked. I had to go reset our key cards at least 3 times during our stay. One of the rooms we had checked into had a strange noise coming through the walls, I think it may have been the central air system, but sounded like crickets in the wall. The staff did not seem surprised when I complained. They moved our room, but it was 10:00 at night and we had to pack everything up. The rooms were cleaned, but not often stocked accordingly. Multiple times I had to call housekeeping because we were only left with 1 washcloth, or 1 towel. We did request our room be cleaned one night after 5:00 pm and they said they do not work that late, but there were several cleaning carts in the hallway at that time. Overall, I would stay here only because of the convenience of the equestrian facility. It is not a vacation spot."
