"We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel. The room and facilities were immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "Overall it was comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff are helpful. The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

"Very nice and comfortable hotel in the French quarter. Good bed and appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Walkable area toward the lake and the shopping district. Almost next door to the “Hanoi Hilton” prison museum which is worth while visiting. Other sites a bit further. Staff and service excellent - attentive, friendly and efficient. "
