「Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises.」

「I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. 「We over all had a great stay. The apartment was clean and exactly what the pictures look like online and Eche was very good and easy to communicate with. There was easy access to the subway to get to New York City. I recommend if staying with children not to take the subway at night and not walk the area at night either. We took a Lyft at night and the subway during the day. Was a great trip for our first time to New York with the family. 」

「We have stayed in New York City on a family trip for the past four years. This was the best stay yet. Set up was great and welcoming. We were late getting into town and had to meet someone for dinner. My wife forgot her toiletries bag in car and to our surprise there was a sealed toothbrush and toothpaste for our use. It was easy to get in and out! Wonderful experience. 」

「Area wise Greenwich is pretty large. There are several neighborhoods and downtown areas. This VRBO is pretty close to Greenwich Ave. and Arch St. I am talking a 20 minute walk so it is an easy location to get to shopping and dining.The unit was very clean. Not a dust ball to be found which my wife very much appreciated.We are big coffee drinkers and ample Keurig was supplied to last the stay.I am not a big VRBO user. 「The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!」
