Every staff member we interacted with was so nice and welcoming, which really made the arrival experience smooth after a long trip. One of the biggest highlights was how convenient their shuttle service is — they picked us up from the airport quickly, and it made getting settled into the hotel completely stress-free. "This was a very nice stay. Everything was good. Suppuuuper comfortable bed, sheets, pillows. Spacious room and clean bathroom- modern amenities, updated feeling. The bar/restaurant was great, really good drinks, super nice staff. The breakfast was really delicious. I will prioritize staying here again. "

"We had a one night stay between flights. It was a little difficult to find the shuttle pick up location at LAX, but once we did everything went smoothly. Love that the shuttle is available 24hrs. The chcck in staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again if needed for a short stay."
