"I was very disappointed by the way one of the waitresses spoke to me when I took a plate of food to bring to my children in our hotel room. I understand that the restaurant may have policies regarding taking food outside, but those policies should be communicated politely and professionally. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Good customer service is not only about serving food—it is also about treating guests with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience."
