I feel as though when it is that hot outside the ac did not keep up and we kept blowing the breaker when running fan and ac at the same time.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the area is quiet (except for some neighbors), however, the Wi-Fi was weak (after 10 pm it completely disappeared). Also, one of the minuses - when turning on many electrical appliances (especially the air conditioner) - the electricity went out and it had to be turned on again in the hallway.

Good place to stay

This was a good place to stay the host is amazing and always answers questions or deals with concerns on the spot. The check in process was super easy and quick as well as check out. The property was not overly clean however it was acceptable. Overall this was a good experience and a great stay.

Kitchen table was broken upon arrival and dust buildup underneath furniture (bed, couch) was a lot but besides that the apartment was in great condition, communication was great, all questions were answered almost immediately via email and overall stay was amazing. Would definitely rent this property again.

The VRBO posting was accurate. I should have given more attention to the description of the neighborhood. The host was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and functional. Unfortunately, I left and found another place to stay due to a negative experience in the parking lot that made me feel unsafe.

Convenient Location

The building itself is a little run down, but the apartment itself is immaculate. You can tell that the apartment was recently completely renovated, and as soon as you walk through the door your impression is of how nice it is. The bed was really super comfortable as well. The location is also great because it is only a short walk to Rogers Place if you are attending an event there. Communication with the host was excellent, and he always responded quickly and in detail. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

My stay here was very nice, convenient location and very spacious. The unit is accurate in comparison to the photos, very well equipped unit. Complementary coffee, tea and sweetener/sugar was provided. Nice sized flatscreen tv and comfortable couch. Air conditioning worked great for the spacious apartment. Having laundry on site was a bonus. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Weekend in Edmonton

Checkin and communication with property manager were very easy however when asked about internet the property manager went radio silent after that for rest of stay…Location was close to downtown which is what we wanted as we went to oilers playoff game and did some shopping and partying. Property was clean and looked like pics and allowed us to not eat out for every meal which was a nice change.

Affordable stay

Pros: Reasonable rate and host is very good at communicating. Some nice upgrades recently done in areas of the house. Quiet nights for downtown area so sleeping was not a problem. Close to Rogers but not for winter walking. Great parking as well! Cons: A bit of a rough neighbourhood. Had to watch not to step on needles on the path to front door. Also, no elevator and it’s 3rd floor so pack light so you’re not hauling a lot up all the stairs
