The host cancelled the booking 15 minutes before check in saying the last group left with the keys. They tried to convince me to keep the booking even though I wouldn't be able to lock the unit when going out. The host was very rude and unprofessional in their correspondence. I would not recommend this host at all.

The location of the property is great, that is what you are paying for! However, for the money, I would expect a nicer place. If all you are doing is sleeping here, it is good, if you would like to entertain a bit, it is average at best. The furnishings are very low end, table feels like its going to fall over with any sort of weight on it, VERY wobbly. There are no kitchen utensils! For 5 of us, we ate with one fork, 2 spoons, an ice cream spoon and a set of tongs! The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were probably 90% water 10% S/C. Check in instructions seemed fine at first "buzz #xxx, and ill let you in and come meet you downstairs with keys". We waited for 10 min in the lobby to then receive a message door is open and go up to the unit, why not have that in the check-in instructions? Communication with the property manager was not good, we asked for a late checkout early that evening and then had to remind her the next morning defeating the purpose!

Great location. Nice 10-minute walk to the convention center and within minutes of lots of restaurants and entertainment. The place was comfortable, but it severely lacked kitchen supplies to cook or serve food. Also, we expected the couch in the living room to be a pullout couch or expanded to sleep at a minimum to a twin bed size. It did not, and ended up being just a "sleeping on the couch" situation. Otherwise, the stay was great!

First off, loved the location and the unit itself. They both fit perfectly for what I was looking for.There were just a few factors that kept me from rating this unit a 5 star:The host was a little slow on some of the communication. Never to a point where it was a problem, but just left me wondering a little longer than I would have liked on how things were going to play out a couple of times.The only other real issue was that the A/C never seemed to cool the unit to temp setting on the thermostat. The bedrooms and the main area are individual zones (which is great!), but the bedrooms never got to the temp I'd set. This may be in part because of the massive amount of windows (which is also great!! AMAZING VIEWS!), so I'd suggest future travelers simply consider keeping the blinds closed as much as possible and only open them when you truly want to take in the view.Final comment is I'd gladly stay here again and would have no issue recommending anyone else do the same! :)

Easy access and transit oriented.

The stunning views of the Edmonton night sky were amazing! Combined with excellent access to transportation, shopping malls, and restaurants, this VRBO offers fantastic value. Highly recommended!
