Onsite parking was extremely limited. Busy road. Convenient for taking the bus. Bed was comfortable. Room needs some TLC (paint, dusting/mold in bathroom). Difficult checking in if you can’t phone to be let in (out of country phone didn’t have calling in UK).

Great property? It was clean and felt like I was staying in friends house as far as comfort. Host was polite and welcomed us upon arrival. Would recommend this if staying in Edinburgh.

Cobwebs everywhere, dirty carpet, spiders, headboards shedding faux leather furniture n the pillows. Dirty walls, dirty throw pillows, mold in the shower. Would not recommend!

This property screams for some reparations and renovations. It has good potential, but the current owners must update the hotel like, NOW! And, I feel sorry for the staff. two kind ladies who can't even breath on how busy they are. I hope OYO hotels stop being so greedy and staff properly this hotel and renovate it as soon as possible.

We were not given an access code to get in the front door. The room was tiny and dirty. Throw the cushions in the bin-they are disgusting! Breakfast was ordinary. Very expensive and not worth it. Would not recommend.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly old gross building that is not suitable for inhabiting. We had three nights booked but left and booked elsewhere after our first night, despite knowing we wouldn’t be refunded. I couldn’t stay there any longer.

A fine old house

People are complaining about house being old, well, it is and that’s fine. You are only sleeping in there to enjoy city. Parking was fine, close to supermarket if you need anything. Check up possible direct with the owner. No problem what's whatever.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr dürftig. Sowohl im Zimmer wie im Bad kein Platz, um auch nur irgendetwas unterzubringen. Teppich mit vielen Flecken, Vorhang zerrissen, Heizkörper verrostet. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber fand ich ok. Ein Plus war die Bushaltestelle vor der Unterkunft ins Zentrum.

The place is excellent to me. I've read some of the comments here about the place is being old.. well all I want is a place to sleep over cause I will be exploring Scotland all day and this place is perfect to me. Location, its about 20 to 30 mins by bus when going to City Center. Bus stop is very near the place. Only few steps away. About the service, its very good. I encountered some minor problem upon check in and I reported it immediately and they take action very quick. I have to commend them on that. They serve free breakfast and the staff are very accomodating. Surely will book here again when I go back to Scotland. It is worth it what you pay for.

La propriété de la salle de bain laissait fortement a désiré, de même pour la chambre dans une moindre mesure. À notre arrivée, personne sur les lieux.. nous avons pu contacter une personne à distance par un interphone. La communication a été difficile. Le son de l'interphone étais faible et la rue en face est très passante. L'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé.. Beaucoup de bruits la nuit. Les lits ne sont pas confortables.. Il dispose d'un parking. Un arrêt de bus est étalement à quelques mètres.
