「Staff were all very super helpful and friendly. Claire made our stay very special, her kindness and attention to customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time anywhere. A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again.」

「No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast). Bed...
