「Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment.」

「A good location: quiet, safe. The property has a modern design flair and very clean, with adequate amenities. The communication with owners was effective and timely. I would recommend placing thicker curtains for the first floor windows so that whoever sleeps at the sofa bed can enjoy darker sleep」

「The condo was awesome and very modern. It was within a short walk of some local restaurants and nightlife. The secure garage was a nice feature. 」

「A group of friends (6 total) stayed here together for a resting place for just one night so didn'tneed much. One inconvenience was that the bathrooms were only accessible through either bedroom sincr the door to the common space of the bathroom was locked with no doornob. So for those sleeping on the air mattress in the common area, they had to go through a bedroom. Sunday morning landscapers came at about 10:00 which was noisy but we were on our way out anyways.
