The rooms, the view, the common areas are beautiful and the food prepared was delicious. The explorations are well planned and the guides did know their material. Great place」

「老舗の大手ホテル。いわゆる海外の優雅なリゾートホテルのイメージで行くと少しがっかりな滞在になってしまうかもしれません。もちろんこの島の他の多くのホテルよりかなり良いのは間違いのない事実かとは思います。 （クローゼットの金具が取れていた、トイレのドアの閉まりが甘い、玄関ドアのすぐそばの外に大きな虫の死骸）」

「Maybe good stay for Spanish speakers but I don't really speak Spanish and it was a difficult stay for me although the room was cozy. It's cabana style - there was no front desk or reception thus no go to place. The information booklet says you can call them but if you don't speak Spanish, you just don't know how to get the info. (As a tourist, you expect to get the local info from hotel. Phone makes it more difficult than face to face). It was my fault not to have learned Spanish enough but I...

「This is NOT a 5-star resort. WiFi is only in the lobby and intermittent at best. Tiny ants in our room and flies on the food. One member of the staff told me rudely to go into town (a 30 minute walk) if I needed internet, that internet was not important to Rapa Nuians. Don’t advertise you have WIFI if it doesn’t work. Furniture is rudimentary and low, and the bed is a mattress on a tile platform. Drapery rods are copper plumbing tubing. It is an island - everything is shipped in and expensive....

「空港で無料のお出迎えがあったのは嬉しい誤算でした(^o^)/ でも無料wifiが管理棟以外は全く繋がらない。 部屋の中でのwifiは不可能に近い。 建物が古くて隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえなのと、外がかなりうるさいので安眠しにくい。」

「Cabe destacar que fue uno de los primeros hoteles de la isla, por lo que sus instalaciones son antiguas pero muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina y área de descanso muy cómodas. Buen desayuno, con unos deliciosos pasteles de platano」
