"The Ritz is a great property and the location could not be better. The unit is nice and well appointed. However, it is advertised as having a washer dryer. If there is one it was in a locked closet. we intentionally underpacked assuming we would do a load or two while there. the other issue is the unit is directly below the club level lounge. we heard what sounded like stools dragging across the floor above beginning at 6:00 am. If you are an early riser no problem but i feel it should be stated...

"The pool is warm and the hot tub is hot. Kids enjoy the game room on top floor and the resort puts on lots of activities daily. Ski shuttle stops outside front door to take you to Beaver Creek. You can also ride the bus around town and get to Vail. Rooms are spacious and comfortable."
