「Best hotel in the Willoughby area!」

「The breakfast options are okay. There is no coffee options after breakfast in lobby like most hotels l. Rooms are clean. Some items rusted in hotel. Pool is supposed to be heated but is really cold.」

「Check in was quick. Room was clean. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that we were to receive housekeeping daily but we never got this service. On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. We still kept on hoping for regular housekeeping to come and at least change the sheets. No one came. Finally on our last evening I asked a housekeeper again about changing the sheets and was...

「Property was just as described and exactly what we needed for a long weekend in the city. Host was very attentive. Property was pet friendly. Great little neighborhood. Far enough away, but still close enough to downtown for the convenience and purpose of our trip. 」
