「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「My family and I always try to stay here evey time we have hospital visits and we get so bummed when it's already booked up because it's our favorite place to stay! Super quiet, clean, and plenty of space. Even the beds are big and comfy! The pool is a really nice bonus as well. It's been clean and well kept during all of our spring/summer stays. I have always felt safe and comfortable when staying here. Plus, the owner is so sweet and accomodating! We really could not say enough amazing things...

「Perfect quick turn around stay. Due to the property being an apartment it was a little tricky initially to find the apartment but the host provided detailed instructions and we managed to find it after a little trouble. Amenities were as described and apartment was clean. About a 25 minute walk to and from NRG stadium which was perfect. 」

「Had a great stay at this place. Location was great for our trip to NRG stadium. Place was really nice and felt like a home. The bed was not very comfortable but we wete not plsnning to do much sleep.」
