"Clean room. Dog friendly. Nothing fancy, but economical, pet friendly and clean. Worth the money. This was our second stay here. Will stay again.Love the little beach outback and 2 miles from the dog beach."

"We had a gulf view room, which was exactly what we wanted and could see dolphins from our balcony. The staff was friendly. The pool is really nice, but too many kids for my taste. We like to walk and never took the car for dinner. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon."

The shower was never cleaned after the last guest, because we showered and someone elses hair ended up in the drain. The shower floor had an area with black mold. The bottom of the shower curtin was mildewed. The floor needed a good scrub, not just a wet mop. "

Although the hotel is an older hotel, it is well maintained. The amenities, breakfast, pool, gym, etc. are very comparable to the more expensive hotels but at more reasonable rates. Perfect hotel for traveling and business purposes. "

"Everything was very nice, clean, and new. The only problem was the price. The hotel is not on the beach, and it isn’t even the summer, it’s barely April, yet the cost was over $250! For one night! The cost should’ve been at least $100 less. We will not stay at this location again. Too expensive!"
