"Great spot near the airport. Inside restaurant and small snack store are very convenient. The content s is trying to get in touch with the hotel staff. They never picked up. I needed information about the shuttle and they were so bad. Its located in P3."

"Upon arrival we attempted to check in via the self service kiosk. Our room was not ready at 7:30pm, so we went to the service desk. The gentleman who assisted us was not super friendly, just seemed irritated with having to be at work. The elevator situation is horrible, there are three elevators with one operating at any time. We have to stand in a line to take it. Once in our room, it was a beautiful view. The room was okay, not the best cleaning. Candy on the floor and some chips in the paint on most furnishings. The temperature was very nice however. The bathroom lightbulb did not work. It’s a decent place however for the price not so much!"
