「Lovely place, great location on the high street. Private, off street parking is very helpful - the entrance to it is through a very narrow archway which was a tight squeeze for an SUV. The property itself is well kept & equipped. Very clean and nicely furnished. Communication from the owner by text on the day with all the check in info was very helpful.」

「We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend 」

「Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. 「The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay. The village is very close to the historic house, chapels and gardens of Ushaw and Brancepeth Castle, which are both excellent places to visit!! Would happily stay here again when visiting the area as it’s a perfect little...
