「Good breakfast, comfortable bed and good hotel location.」

「The room was clean and spacious. Our sink was clogged and because we got into our room quite late we didn’t report it until the morning. Breakfast was good - and hot! They kept everything well stocked and clean」

「Yes The place was clean the check-in was friendly The room was clean I just found it kind of unusual I use a walker I'm disabled and my floor was located on the fourth floor with a nice walk in shower with low water pressure there was a message that came to my email You know how's your room and do you have any concerns message which was a nice I said the only concern I have is I'm on the fourth floor and if there was an emergency a disabled person wont be able to get down to the first floor....

「I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

「The Breakfast was very good and the Attendant was a very friendly and happy woman who always helped start the day off in a good way. The Curtains need to be replaced and the mini fridge in the room was removed and the ice maker was broken. The Bar closed early, wish it was open at least 1 hour longer. The Bed was very comfortable and pillows were very comfortable. Towels very soft and smelled good. Was disappointed the local Hockey Broadcast was not on the tv. Rooms need a little general...
