4 b/rooms 4 baths (6 beds) - 8 - 10 guests sharing. Bedroom #1 has 1 King bed; #2 - 1 quuen bed; #3 - 2 queen beds; #4 - 2 full beds. Bedrooms have air condition units & ceiling fans. Property has open concept living spaces, private parking, a private pool with upper and lower sun decks, and the lovely beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, providing a truly relaxing experience. Catered by housekeeper/cook who will prepare meals at guests' request. Ingredients for meals may be purchased by guests at nearby grocery stores and green groceries nearby, and our staff will prepare the delicious meals.

Ocean Palm in Duncans, Jamaica – A Luxurious Home Away from Home! Our stay at Ocean Palm was beyond incredible; it was magical! The property itself is stunning, impeccably decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with every comfort in mind. The breathtaking ocean views made for the perfect backdrop to a truly unforgettable getaway. And with the beach and Leroy’s, the local bar and reggae spot, just a short walk away, we had the best of both worlds—relaxation and adventure at our fingertips. But what truly made this experience extraordinary was the amazing staff. Our housekeepers, Gee and Melissa, and Chef Loy, didn’t just provide top tier service; they welcomed us with such warmth and care that by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Every meal was a masterpiece, and the attention to detail in making our vacation seamless and special was beyond anything we could have imagined. We came for a getaway but left with lifelong memories and friendships. Ocean Palm is more than just a vacation rental, it is an experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Family holiday

My family and I celebrated our mom’s 70th at this lovely guest house on Jamaica’s north coast which is conveniently 45 mins drive from Montego Bay’s international ariport and 2 hours drive from Kingston. Our host Sonia was on site to welcome us and gave us a full tour around f the properly which was fully stocked with to make our mom’s celebrations memorable. The house is literally 5 mins walk from. one of the most unspoilt beaches in Jamaica and our sunrise and sunset swims were both uplifting and exhilarating. An absolutely great location for a family holiday. Thank you Sonia!

Family holiday

Very beautiful property with an amazing view of the sunset, the photos online dont do it justice. Sonia's warm welcome on the first with treats and refreshing drinks made us feel right at home and to top it off. Diane's food was amazing.
